I don't get this constant targetting of saudi and aal saud

The main difference is they've taken control of the city of Nabi

and the Haram. In addition, they have allowed heterodoxy to take hold in those lands and actively try to discredit valid beliefs and legal positions of orthodoxy, they haven't preserved the historical sites or have actively destroyed them, and are best friends with the kuffar.
