Is it a specific sunnah to wear the dresscode which was worn by Rasulullah (sallAllahualayhi was sallam) ? Like the turban is it a specific sunnah, or is it something that was worn by all people of that time and erea for climatical reasons ?

False: the Sahabah were clearly recognizable as Muslims and looked different from non-Muslims even in their external appareance; that's why you'll find ahadith in which Rasulullah recommended them to adopt certain practises to differentiate themselves from the kuffar - for example, the hadith regarding the headgear and the turban.

Yes, their clothes were somehow conditioned by the climate and time in which they lived (in material available, patterns, etc.), but not totally: they still differentiated themselves from the kuffar.
