Our blood boils when there is a discussion of an obscure person(no offense to the person in discussion) singing with music or not, if he attended Tj or not.

But why doesn't it BOIL while hearing about a Sahabi.

People's blood are boiling here because this may and has been taken as a hujjat by naive people that is it permissible in Deen to have such concerts and have music in nasheeds. He's not exactly an 'obscure' person, rather world famous, just like Cat Stevens aka Yusuf Islam.

Also because this makes it seem as if TJ condones such actions. It should be known to the naive people that what an individual does is his own action, and not the action of a group.
