excuse my ignorance but what would a ladies jamaat do for one year? im guessing the men go out and do dawah right? so the women stay in someones home and listen to bayaans etc for an entire year?
The ladies in Jama'ah stay indoors with women only and they have a full day tarteeb that's decided through mashurah by the men who stay in the Masjid. Their daily tarteeb sorta looks like this:

Mudhakaraat among the ladies in Jama'ah of various A'maal e.g. benefits of Dhikr and different sunnahs like raising children, making an islamic environment in the home, simple living, hijab etc.

Ta'leem e.g. having at least two ta'leems throughout the day, one for the sisters in Jama'ah and the other for visiting sisters who come and spend time in the home with the ladies in Jama'ah.

Ikhtilaat e.g. talking to sisters who come to the house for the programs about the Greatness of Allah, sunnah of Rasulullah , importance of Deen etc. Establishing relationships with the local sisters.

Listening to at least one or two bayans a day by someone appointed through the mashurah of the Jama'ah.

Setting out time to complete daily adhkaar e.g. tilaawah, ibaadah, Tahajjjud etc.

Khidmah and ikraam e.g. Helping cook and clean the host's house and taking care of sisters who come visit whenever it's needed.

After every two or three days, the ladies Jama'ah moves to a different host's house in another locality and they have the same tarteeb but meet with new sisters.
