you have more or less described the Gujratis of my village and sorrounding. except that they dont want money to invest. they would rather leave a life of ease in gujrat and come work long hours in a bed factory in dewsbury.

replace Gujaratis with Bengalis, replace gujarat with Sylhet (town more specifically), replace long hours with grave yard shifts and finally replace bed-factory with Restaurants : )
