(2) Avoid provocative words like dog etc. Because of it the reputation starts travelling faster than substance. Oh! Ignore him, he is like this and that.
(3) Try to be completely nonabrasive.

It was a nice angle in the dua-ummah of Muhammed (PBUH)!
