Come now, you're making all us bird lovers seem like heartless callous people here! my birds are happy, cheeky and love to sing.. especially budgies, they bob their heads all day long

It's nice hearing a bird sing, keeps company for one who is alone most of the day

Sister, no offense sister but I am an animal lover too. All I am saying is how can one be an animal lover and at the same time love to see animals in confinement is beyond me. May Allah swt help me see the wisdom in this, especially since it seems like it's permissible. Allahu alam.
