The way one which points out the mistake is very important. But something is noticed that is more important is the 'Intention'. Sometimes initially we start pointing out faults and correcting with good intentions, to please Allah.
BUT
before we realize it becomes an ego booster. The intention CHANGES but we fail to realize. We feel we are better and 'always right'.
