ignore the whispers of shaytaan.
just do your ghusl or wudhu and ignore waswasa.
shaytaan is keeping you away from ibaadat and worship by making you waste your time.
ALLAH SWT knows your intention and knows what you have in your heart and if you do make error INSHALLAH it will be forgiven .ALLAH SWT IS MOST FORGIVING.

Brother we all have limited time in this world so make good use of this time in worship and not wasting it in excessive time in wudhu and ghusl.
Remember time is a blessing ,make good use of it and don't waste it.
Water is a blessing ,don't abuse it.
MAY ALLAH SWT MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU AND ALL OTHERS WHO HAVE OTHER PROBLEMS.
