As salaam alaikum wa rahmatullah,

Inshallah, I will be travelling to Makkah and Madeenah between the 28th April and the 5th May. I wanted to know if there are any well known or not so well known Awliyaa that I can approach for Dua' and perhaps Ruqyaa (Ta'weez etc).

Anyone?

Yes , a good number of Sufi shaykhs live in those holy cities. But , due to the political reasons , I think, they keep a low profile. I mean, you should not find them openly conducting zikr sessions in mosques there.

So , you have to be really serious to meet them. Do you speak Arabic ? Or Urdu ?
