salam, i am fortunate to be presently residing in madinatul munnawwara. there are many pious people whom i have got to know but there are many more gems who hide themselves and do not reveal. theres the famous hanafi syrian shaykh muhammad awwaamah hafizahullah, who at present is ill. theres also molana ismail badat, abdus sattar afghani al-hanafi and many more. if you search you will find the gems.

The people who have strong desire will search those gems . But , many go to those places for one or two weeks and in that short time ,its quite difficult to find these people unless he has prior information.

Its quite strange that in the West you can openly conduct zikr majlis or sufi gathering
in the mosques. But , you cannot do it at mosques in Saudi Arabia !!!
