America had CIA and Special forces on ground in Libya for months.......CIA had agents in their for years. The French and British and Israelis all had secrect services and special forces.
This operation was planned years ago and when the Arab spring started the CIA put their plan into action.

The new Libya government will be puppets on a string. Kadafi was bad but these new guys have turned the keys to Libya over to the WEST.
