Well the argument of laws is a separate argument.

But besides that, it's not shariah-wise considered stealing according to what i know, the idea that they are losing hypothetical money that you're gaining in the case of sales, howver that money doesn't exist, so then telling a guy to go buy from someone else would be stealing too.

You aren't stealing if you download it from some else, even if you DID copy it you'd be creating copies, not stealing the original.
