brother, I can relate to your problem because I have been through the same and it is indeed difficult.

One thing we need to understand is that sleeping pattern won't change onervight. We got to be persistent and adamant on following a set schedule. Start with going to bed at 12 at least, you won't be able to sleep but do not get up. Just lay there, do dhikr and just try. You might get bored or get headache but just lay there or pray salah. After fajr sleep for ..say 3-4 hrs and then try not to lie down at all during the day for the first couple of days (if I take a nap during the day, even for 15 mins, I can't sleep at night, but that's just me). By Nightfall inshaAllah you will get extremely tired and fall asleep. Once you get a sound sleep throughout the night, chances are you will again be sleepless the next night, but continue to follow the schedule. Soon you will see that you feel sleepy at the same time every night and have a fulfilling sleep, inshaAllah. It might take a couple of weeks but inshaAllah you will see results. Once again, this has worked for me, your case might be different but you got to start somewhere

May Allah help you and me and everybody.
