Slm I personally was born and grew up in Toronto (am studying in India currently) so let me give u a first hand opinion. Toronto has a very large muslim population and since you said your brothers are young it would be the perfect place for them because of the scholars from around the world who visit the city constantly, and the youth programs that take place. There are also many Arab brothers and sisters who will be a great help for you. I come from the Gujarati community and I know they would love to help you as well.
