your not allowed to wear it while making ghusl or wudu as it covers your nails... and doesnt allow your nails to be cleaned... socks are different, as your feet are being covered by them... but hands arent covered..

you can wear it, when your on menses when you dont have to make wudu or you can wear it daily, but youd need to remove it before making wudu or ghusl
