The Dajjal (known by some non Muslims as the antichrist) is real. However, theres many superstitions, weak, and fabricated narrations related to the topic, as it is with numerous other narrations related to the signs of the end of time. He is a'war so yes he sees with one eye only. I dont know about the rest of what you mentioned, i'll try to see if I can find authentic info about it.

Although unrelated to the topic, one authentic narration that many dont know, in Saheeh Muslim, is that Eesa's (Jesus) peace be upon him return will be in Damascus.
