There's one in Scarborough called ICNA books, it has a fairly large collection (carries traditional/classical as well as non-traditional/salafi and I believe I have seen books in Urdu there as well.

From many of the deobandi ulema I have interacted with, Maariful Quran has been the primary recommendation for the layman.
