Asalamu Alaikum,
Truly, finding humor of any kind in atrocities done to another human being says a lot about the state of mankind today. Is it because they were, more than likely non-Muslims that you can find humor? Would you laugh the same at any part of that article had it been Muslims that were experimented on by American doctors? To find any humor in this is a very lowly and sickening character trait that you should ask Allah subhana wa ta'ala to purge from you and soon. May Allah help us all. Aren't there any mods on this forum?
