the pledge says that you will avoid personal attacks and simply clarify what you believe to be true. i been on al maghrib courses and they refuse to mention names of people of groups and just teach the haqh.

dont people respect the scholars on the pledge? Dont you trust their judgement when they signed this?
Listen to Muhanmad al Shareefs almagrib course on usul ul fiqh and count the number of times he has digs at hanafis. At one point someone even asked him why he kept picking on the Ahnaaf. He later says 'you can help guide those people who raise their hands (in supplication) after salaah' and gives advice and how to do so.

I've heard worse regarding Yasir Qadhis almagrib seminars on aqeedah although I've personally not heard his particular talks myself.
