So basically in Jamaat we simply stand, and only recite the ruku, sajda and tashahhud?
and, The hadith is in arabic, I don't really understand lol
I find it wierd not reciting any Quran, specially in 3rd and 4th rakat :S lol

Yes you stand without reciting any Quran.

I translated the Hadith.

Whoever has a Imam, the Imam's Qirat is Qirat for him.
