1. If you have the feeling of passing gas, but it's a very gentle sensation that leaves you in doubt and is, as you say, without sound or smell, ignore it completely. You don’t need to redo your wudhu and the sensation of passing gas in this way does not affect your wudhu.

2. In your situation, if you have the urge to urinate and the feeling is so powerful that you can’t hold it in, then go. But until you get to this stage ignore it and use something to distract yourself from it. The ruling that discourages salah when hungry or when one needs to use the bathroom is for those who don’t have a constant problem. In your situation, if you are suffering from waswasa then giving in to the urge will fuel it. Take it slowly, but work on overcoming the waswasa problem that you have so you slowly build up your defence against it by not giving in to the urge each time. The best way to combat wasaawis is to ignore them and block them. Train yourself to do that in small baby steps and you’ll combat it eventually. If you’re living with a partner or with parents ask someone to help you to do this by setting out times that you can go and preventing you from going inbetween those times.

If on the other hand, it's not a waswas issue and you have a genuine, uncontrollable medical problem then you may fall under the ruling of a ma’dhoor. To determine if you do qualify, you will need to check to see if you are constantly urinating so that in one salah time you do not even have enough time to make wudhu and pray the fardh raka’ats of salah which probably take 10-12 mins. If this is the case then you will qualify as a ma’dhoor for subsequent prayer times as long as the problem remains and means that your wudhu will remain intact even if your problem reoccurs multiple times.

Lastly, don’t let the issues you have prevent you from ibadah. Wasaawis are from shaytaan and if he prevents you from praying due to your doubts then he has won. Set yourself a target of reciting Quran for a certain number of hours or reciting a certain number of juz in one sitting. After that, even if you break your wudhu, continue to recite without touching the Quran itself. Place the Quran on a table and use a cloth to turn the pages, or a ruler or the eraser at the tip end of a pencil to turn the pages. This will mean that you can continue your ibadah even if you have difficulty in making wudhu repeatedly.

The one thing to remember about wasaawis is that, the more you give in to them, the stronger they become.
