Transliteration makes it somewhat hard to read. I think its اللهم اجعلنا من عتقاء شهر رمضان Allahumma Ij'alna Min Utaqaa'i Shahri Ramadhan

Which means oh Allah make us among those who are freed in the month of Ramadhan.

This is based on a hadeeth that says (about Ramadhan) : The first part of it is mercy; the middle of it is forgiveness, and its last part is freedom from the Hellfire.


What is in red is the same word (Itq min Al Naar, its plural is Utaqaa, which is the word the shiekh used)
