"Good. It looks as though I get to continue where I left off before I was issued a mandatory vacation by Mr. Bill.

Opposition to various actions or policies of Israel, does not constitute grounds for branding someone "anti-Semitic" or calling them a "Jew hater". But when an incident takes place such as the recent confrontation between the Israeli navy and the flotilla, where every bit of the evidence clearly shows it was the activists, not the Israelis, that were responsible for creating that confrontation and instigating the violence, it begs the question:

"Why would anyone condemn Israel and side with those activists?"

Since we know that during the 3 years that the blockade was in force, the international community (The UN, US, EU and Russia) had never declared it to be illegal, and Israel followed international laws pertaining to military blockades, the legality of the embargo was implicent.... and based on all the evidence, including several videos of the the incident, we know it was members of the flotilla who instigated the violence that led to the deaths of 9 people, I can only think of 3 possible answers to that question.

1. Because they hate the Jewish people.
2. Because they are an unwaivering supporter of Islamic terrorism.
3. All of the above.

If that flotilla had innocently attempted to deliver aid to Gaza, not knowing they were going to be breaking a naval blockade, and there was no video evidence of the incident itself, then it would be a "he said, she said" situation, where choosing to believe the members of the flotilla rather than the Israeli military, would have some degree of merit. But as we all know, that wasn't the case. The flotilla set out with the intention of defying Israel and breaking through the blockade, and when confronted by the Israeli navy, chose violence rather than cooperation. Therefore, no legitimate reason exists for condemning Israel and siding with the people on that aid ship, which leaves only the 3 choices above.

We don't oppose Israel for Israel's sake. We oppose them when they are wrong and support them when they are right. [/QUOTE]
