Muslims should NOT expect kafir and secular media sources to present the Islamic viewpoint and fair, accurate, just reporting.
Freedom of the Press as espoused by secular democracy essentially grants private companies the power to distort as they wish up.
The so called freedom is for their existance without government regulation, NOT the freedom of the people to be free of lies, distortion, slander, libel, falsehoods, immorality.

Muslims in the West have to seriously consider forming Islamic media sources that report news, that rebut lies and falsehoods, that present authenticity, fairness, justice, accuracy, as our culture has been renowned for for centuries.
