I have this frnd of mines who keeps asking will mother Tessa go to heaven , he is a Muslim far frm Islam ,

Well so what mother Teresa did so many good deeds why wud she not go to jannah ?

I replied say g if she accepted Allah and his messenger she will but if she did not then noway.

In support I used surah Muhammad verse 1

Those who reject Allah and his messenger their deeds will be fruitless ........

This friend of mine doesn't undrstNd and keeps arguing
I would like more detail answer in lit of Quran and Hadith

i think your answer is right there in your post.

if your friend has not submitted to Allah then how will he accept the commands of Allah in the quran?

concentrate on making him aware of Allah's greatness and by making him ponder upon the creation of Allah. spend some time with him in tabligh jamaat even for a few days. inshallah he will soon realise how insignificant he is and how great Allah is. once he submits himself to Allah's greatness, power and wisdom then inshallah he will accept the words and wisdom of Allah without questioning why.

there are many things in the quran and hadith that us mere mortals dont understand and sometimes will never understand. ours is not to question why. our duty is to submit ourselves to Allah and accept everything that comes from Allah whether we understand it or not.

Allah through his infinite wisdom has deemed that all who die upon rejecting Allah and the path after it is shown to them (may Allah save us) will abide in hell for eternity and this is the best way as deemed by Allah.

work on his iman and love for Allah, His Rasool

, and islam and inshallah he himself will come around.
