Ah Ramadhan, the month of attacking each-other...
That Quote above is talking about the Jinn that come to you while you are awake (not in a dream) and they claim to be angels or prophets and they tell you about the future or grant you some of your wishes and make you worship them and do their bidding in the process:
Quran Chapter 34:
And [mention] the Day when He will gather them all and then say to the angels, "Did these [people] used to worship you?" (40) They will say, "Exalted are You! You, [O Allah], are our benefactor not them. Rather,
they used to worship the jinn
; most of them were believers in them." (41)
Also for your information O smart readers, Ibn Tayymiyah does not say that the Jinn come in the form of the Prophet SAWS, he says that the Jinn comes in the form of a Human then claims to be the Prophet SAWS.
