I personally think if a person was to keep up that routine inshAllah they couldnt go wrong. How many of us never miss tha last third of teh night, pray teh sunnah at home then walk to the masjid for fajr, pray shurooq, perform the fast of dawud, etc etc.

i dont get what the latifae thing is about though, can someone give me an article explaining?
