Sure. But that is only for some things. For example, no ordinary person even if he has the witnesses and evidene can establish the hudood penalties. Only the Government has this authority according to Shari'ah. If the government is failing in their duties in this matter, then they will answer to Allaah for it, it is not our responsibility.

Lal Masjid people in particular did lot of wrong things like taking hostages and illegally occupying property, and refusing the government orders to stop their actions.


Please let the brother reveal his source of information and why he thinks what he thinks before his "issues" can be addressed!

I went to School from across the street and I also read, speak and write Urdu fluently to understand the point of view of Ulama and others "first hand" lets see what enlightment this brother will bring to the subject.
