and one more thing: when reading online Qur'an in arabic is it necessary to be in wudu?

Its better to have, but not compulsary/necessary.

i'll check surah nisa. tho im pretty sure its not one of the 99 Names:s

Allah Got more than 99 Asma wa sifat.

it is, check quran Surah Nisa verse 45.

WaAllahu aAAlamu biaAAdaikum wakafa biAllahi waliyyan wakafa biAllahi naseeran

But Allah hath full knowledge of your enemies: Allah is enough for a protector, and Allah is enough for a Helper.
