I think instead of letting anyone and everyone avail this service only those members should be allowed who qualifies for it after having met some criteria which could be in the form of making stipulated amount of posts or something like that. I am saying this because by the time a member has made let's say 200 posts, he would have left an impression on the board for others to decide the kind of personality or attitude one has.
