Hadrat you know making fun of Allah (SWT) or deen is kufr.
What will that mean in case one is making fun of Elders?
Making fun of their helpers (khuddam) is indeed making fun of them.
All of these Elders have been helpers (khuddam) at one point of time in their life-and by one point I mean that in most cases the duration was very long. This is how the knowledge of spirituality is propagating.
You perhaps are irritated at them-the helpers (which is not justified because an Elder is not reliable if he is fooled by his own helpers)-in reality it is a comment on the Elders themselves because their life style is of their choosing. You are objecting to them-you are saying that they should not have helpers around. You are not realizing this. You should realize this. You should try to understand that how can I (this sinner) benefit from an Elder when my attention gets diverted by his false grandeur of surrounding himself with psychofants (no, no you did not assert it-it is my dirty mind).

It is great that the present Elder under attention does not need helpers but too many of the Elders are in grave requirement of physical help.
