All this nonsense is taken by amateurs mostly who're university graduates and want to go up in the Lawlessness Enforcement positions. All the SSPs, DSPs whatever listed also are the ones directly involved in kidnapping and torturing hundreds of Mujahideen and innocent Muslims.
