muraqebae FAQR ILA ALLAH,( ie to sit and contemplate the meaning of ayat,RABBE INNI LIMA ANZALTA ILAYYA MIN KHAIREN FAQEER) " O my Rab,whatever khair you send to me,i am indeed a needy"

A few words about muraqeba FAQR mentioned above..WE ARE ALL FUQARA (poor) IN FRONT OF ALLAH! ONLY ALLAH IS GHANI (rich),we need so many things that we can't even count them,neither can we think of them,meaning we are in complete state of poverty and faqr,we need dunya (world),akhera (hereafter),body and spirit,now and tomorrow,even the things we have today, will finish and we will need them again ,we need oxygen and water forever,we need food and shelter forever,we need this muraqeba every day for life.It says" O my Rab,whatever khair you send to me,i am indeed a needy" so we sit,and feel the RAhma of ALLAH swt falling on our qalb and the rest of the body.It is a simple muraqeba but its effects are very deep as it makes one a true ABD of ALLAH swt.
