I think this is an excellent idea and will help the girls understand what Islam is all about and who knows where it might lead, insha'allah.

My suggestion is that you could explain to them the Islamic rules about gender interaction, why they are there and the benefits for women and ask them to commit to observing those rules for one week. So they would be required to lower their gaze, never be alone with a non-mahram (so no boyfriends), only talk with them if on business, in which case speak in sharp tones, keep to the point and refrain from small talk.

As far as wearing the hijab is concerned, I suggest asking them to wear hijab in its full sense, i.e. only face and hands allowed to show, no makeup, loose clothing so as not to reveal the shape, plain and simple, etc.
