Salaam alaikum,

It is not in a city, rather out in the forest area, the closest cities to it (larger cities) would be Miramichi to the North and Moncton to the South; there are some villages and a few little towns closer by. Yes the house with the 15 acres of land is worth over a $100,000.00, but as I said we are trying to make it affordable and be honest with Muslims that there is some work that needs to be done to it, but it is in a fine condition as is (I'm in it right now actually), and the work that needs to be done can be done over a period of time.
