Salaam alaikum,

I appreciate your advice, although I would have to say that the property is not "cheap" because of its location, as if I put it on the regular market, we could get over a $100,000 for it, as no property here sold for less than that. I am just trying to make it easy for Muslims and give an opportunity to buy a property at a lower price.
