Question:
If your Shaykh gave someone a fatwa that he can say Allah names quietly when under threat.
Then a poet responded saying "O foolish one! Dont tell him to stay quiet."

Would you not be offended? Would you not complain of lack of adab?

Yet here we have someone of the Sufi tradition referring to Abu Bakr as-Sideeq radhiAllahu 'anhu as "the foolish one" and theres no outcry.

Had Ml. Maududi or someone else not from your group wrote this then it would have been copied and distributed far and wide to show the gustakhi, but here we just say "SubhanAllah" and "Ma'sha'Allah".
