if i want to study hadeeth inshallah, does it have to be with a hanafi due to needing to know the hanafi terminology and conditions for an authentic hadeeth or can i study with someone from any madhab?

Also, is it recommended to study abu hanifahs kitabul athaar if u study hanafi fiqh? Is it the hanafi equivelent of al muwatta or ummdatul ahkaam? Should it be memorised and is it a key book with key ahadeeth related to hanafi fiqh?
