My wife is salafi and so is most of the young generation of somalis so they technically follow hanbali fiqh but the salafi version. Her family and community are also a salafi version of shaafi fiqh. They pray 8 rak'ah taraweeh for example

also there are some libyans who follow maliki fiqh but some of them follow the salafi version of maliki fiqh where they say imam malik never believed u shud have ur hands by ur sides etc
