2)Is it absolutely necessary to say the Surah in Arabic ? Because I dont understand Arabic, i understand the translation in English..but the words I say i dont exactly understand that,,,,for demo i tried in my language (Bangla and English) ,,i felt i could contrate more and came felt Allah close .....

Yes, its necessary to recite everything in Arabic. Saying it in any other language will invalidate the Salah and one will have to perform it again.

P.s. Learn the translation of Fathiha verse by verse. It had a profound effect for me. The Surah has very powerful meaning.
