I have been doing study of various sects since few years now and how they have developed themselves in the due course. Some of the important factors are:

1. They are united, i.e they follow strictly the saying's of their leaders.
2. They have established self financing schemes, through which they help each other.
3. Their businesses are financed by their society. The member using the finance again returns certain percent of profit to the society. That is the reason, each sect has its own hospital, school, business etc... including shoe shops and small small shops.
4. They buy only from their sect people's shop. They always try to stabilize their businesses
5. Some of them give a certain percentage of salary to the society.

That way they have good financial position and help each other in need. And also trap muslims by showing these kind of schemes.

For example they track poor people. They offer them that they would finance their business and what ever profit comes, it will be shared. Now the poor person get's money from them, all the people from their sect buy from this shop only and they also promote it, so the owner will be running into profits and he will again return some part of it back to the society. This way the poor people are brought into trap. Obviously once a poor person sees money coming easily, he wouldn't leave it or the people who are supporting him.
