Off topic but does anyone know that when did these trends of lectures and books on Dajjal, Freemasonary , evil eye. magic etc became prevalent among the Muslims? I have always been thinking that we absorbed such ideas mainly from the likes of William cooper , David icke ,Alex Johns and "the arrivals". Such ideas were not so common until the late 90s (except for Harun Yahya probably).
