The references for these "satanic verses" are not authentic.
This documentary is going to be farce since it is giving a voice to the Islamophobes that cast doubt on the authenticity of the Qur'an based on unauthentic narrations.
EDIT: Correction: It is NOT in Ibn Ishaq's seerah but in Imam Tabari's Tareekh. Note that Imam Tabari's Tareekh is a collection of many narrations, including true and false. It is one of the favourite Sunni sources for the Shi'as to falsely allege the viciousness of the sahabas
because of this fact that Imam Tabari
was involved in collecting, not authenticating narrations.
