I'm baffled at the logic employed by brother Nomadic in this thread.
If I remember correctly, you are Bangladeshi as origin, right?
Suppose you lived in the UK, so would you find it fair to be paid some 1/6 of a normal wage, due to "taking consideration of the living expenses in your home country"? You wouldn't complain about racism? Would it make sense to you, although you would be living and residing in the UK, thus having to pay and substain UK living expenses?
Then, what's different with Saudi or UAE?
