Doesn't rules of tajweed get lost when you read it that quick ? Reciting six times in one minute ?

Yes, they do, its not about how fast you recite, its about how and with how much sincereity it is recited. Also we we start to recite very fast, we may say it so fast that we read it wrong which changes the whole meaning.
