I have asked a mufti
He said that we can take loan but only for our need ! coz Islam is not as strict as we think
If we need a house we should take loan but We shouldn just rely on taking loan coz its not good but we in our hearts know that we are in a state that we must take loan for our home
so that we must take it but not for other things like running a business or buying car they are LUXURIES but a place for living is a need *

Bismillahi
But a place for living can be with just paying rent. I don't thinking owning a house compulsory that one has to get the loan? Allahu alam
I hope some scholar replies.
