another way of saja sahw

Assalamu alaykum

your final sitting in last rakah will be like this

tashahud (wajib)
durood (wajib)
dua
then one sajda
then sitting in between
then sajda
then tashahud
then 2 taslim right then left

ok Jazak Allah. so the difference in these two methods of sahw before taslim is the saying salam to the right before final tashahud.

i just have two more questions:
-on what criterea do you decide when to do sahw before taslim and when to do after taslim?
- the book you mentioned, describes a rather strange way of doing sahw after taslim of two rakah prayer. is this authentic?ive never seen a hadith describing it
