Salam,

so which copy do you suggest then?

Am thinking about getting a copy of islamicbookstore.com and also getting Tafsir Ibn Kathir in the 10 Vols publised by Dar-us-salam in same site because i sow it suggested by Sh. Yasir Qadhi.

So can anyone clearfly this for me.

I had the dar-us-salam translation of Tafsir Ibn Kathir a while back. Unfortunately, I had to pass it on because it's only an abridgement of the original tafsir and so the explanations of the verses were very brief most of the time. Don't just buy for the sake of buying it. Your money would be better spent on another tafsir book.
