thanks for the input, i just want a suggestion then Ali Hanifa of which Tafsir i need to explain as much as possible in English, and other important books.

If you want something that explains as much as possible, I suggest the tafsir of the Mufti Azam of Pakistan, Mufti Shafi (RA). Ma'ariful Quran is in 8 vols I think and has been written specifically for common folk like us, unlike Tafsir Ibn Kathir. I've managed to find a site where you can read it for yourself and see if it appeals to your needs:

There are other tafsirs too like Tafsir-e-Usmani (but this is rather brief in places) and a tafsir that I have in Udru but is also available in English, Illuminating Discourses on the Noble Qur'an in 5 vols (a very good tafsir):
